Our fresh fruit cake is baked fresh in our Nairobi bakery. It is light, colourful and refreshing.
A soft, moist vanilla sponge is layered with fresh cream that is just sweet enough. The top is covered with seasonal fruit, such as strawberries, kiwi, grapes and oranges.
